It works for TEEMI TMSL-53CR, TMSL-54CR, TMSL-55CR, TMSL-56CR, TMSL-57CR, TMSL-58CR, TMSL-59CR.
One possible reason is that the scanner has disconnected from the cradle. To reconnect it, please scan the address code located on the bottom of the cradle. Once the scanner successfully reconnects, the blue LED on the cradle will light up, indicating that the connection has been restored.
Another possible reason is that the scanner is working under Virtual COM mode. Please kindly scan the attached configuration code to switch the scanner to USB HID mode.
